Do I need to know any Japanese to buy or sell property?
No, you will not have to speak, read, or write any Japanese as we will support each customer in English every step of the process.
Can I buy a house without visiting Japan even once?
Yes, you can buy a property without ever visiting Japan, as we can prepare online viewings or visit a property and take photos and videos on your behalf. After you decide what to buy, we will liaise with the account and legal team to close the deal as smoothly as possible for you.
We will not provide contract-related documents in English to avoid any future legal conflicts resulting from translation discrepancies. However, we will thoroughly go through all the contract documents with you in English and explain the contents so that you will know exactly what you are purchasing. We will also provide you the documents in advance so that you have enough time to review and have them professionally translated if you desire.
Are you going to provide a contract or other related documents in English?
We currently provide property management services around the Kanto area. This includes opening utilities, communicating with the management office, providing periodic property checks, and taking care of the tenants. If you wish for management services outside the Kanto area, we will refer you to other agents.
Do you provide management or maintenance services after purchasing properties?
Yes, we also cover areas in Osaka and Nagoya upon request.
Do you aid with buying and selling properties in areas other than Tokyo?
